Hire Talent: Pricing and Payments

How often will I be charged? How are payments and invoices handled?

We invoice our clients twice a month, though there is some flexibility here. Invoices are generated with Net 10 terms, so you will always have an opportunity to review the charges prior to processing.

 
What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards, ACH, bank wires, Revolut, and PayPal. We also accept and declare crypto payments from FinTech providers and crypto-first clients.

Pricing Model Details

We offer three tiers of service: Monthly %, Standard Up-front, and Retained Search. Each tier is designed to meet the unique needs of our clients and to provide them with the best possible value for their investment. Below is a breakdown of the pricing model for each tier:

Monthly %

Under this pricing model, we charge a monthly percentage of the candidate's first-year salary. This option is ideal for companies that are looking to fill multiple positions or have a fluctuating hiring need. The standard rate for this tier is 18% of the candidate's first-year salary. The payment is made monthly. The payment is due at the end of each month for the previous month's services. If the candidate leaves the company within the first 90 days, we will find a replacement candidate at no additional cost.

 

Standard Up-front

Under this pricing model, we charge an upfront deposit and a percentage of the candidate's first-year salary. The standard deposit is $4K or 25% of the anticipated total fee, whichever is less. The standard percentage is 15% of the candidate's first-year salary. The payment is due upon the successful placement of the candidate. If the candidate leaves the company within the first 90 days, we will provide a rebate of 50% of the fee or a replacement candidate at no additional cost. If the candidate leaves the company within the first 180 days, we will provide a rebate of 25% of the fee.

 

Retained Search

Under this pricing model, we charge a fixed fee for the search process. This option is ideal for companies that have a specific hiring need and want to ensure a thorough and effective search process. The standard fee is 25-30% of the candidate's first-year salary. The fee is due in three installments: 1/3 upon project initiation, 1/3 upon delivery of candidates, 1/3 upon the successful placement of the candidate. If the candidate leaves the company within the first 180 days, we will provide a rebate of 50% of the fee.

In addition to the payment terms outlined above, our contracts also include standard terms and conditions, such as non-disclosure agreements, exclusivity clauses, and liability limitations. We strive to provide our clients with transparent and fair pricing models that meet their specific needs while also ensuring that our services are of the highest quality.
